Gary,

1. I was really trying to post the volume numbers contained in that YHOO message. Wasn't really focusing on the commentary.

2. Judging from a quick look at the numbers, it didn't appear that an ECN gained market share at the expense of NITE, because NITE's own share seemed to have gone up. So I'm not sure what ECN share gains you are talking about. Could do a breakdown of numbers showing the problem vis-a-vis NITE?
