There is some serious 'scratch' being made on this one today. You're making me hungry. Mine has to be toasted (which is appropriate today), with a sliver of onion. So, Q has a few lessons to learn about communication. They have the devices part down. I think they may know now that you don't leave people hanging? Or do they even care? At this point, I'm not sure. It is difficult to get into this managements head. Of course, that is why I'm probably doing what I am, and they are doing what they are. Trust is not easy for me to begin with. They are trying my patience. (like that matters!)
