No, I mean raw intelligence. Knowledge is a natual by product of intelligence. You can't help but accumulate lots of knowledge under normal conditions if you are intelligent. However, if you are unintelligent, you just believe whatever you are told all the time. Accumulating knowledge will always be a struggle. That is why intelligence determines success. All the knowledge in the world will make Forrest Gump chairman of GM. All the hard work in the world will not make Forrest President of the United States. However, hard work and luck will make him CEO of Bubbagump Shrimp.
