After taking another look Mike It may be just a sell signal given off of a sucky chart pattern along with little buying interest. Remember were talking water companies here.

per my broker - AG Edwards posted a downgrade on AZX today while BofA had a buy recommendation.
He also stated what we all suspect that they're (AZX) are getting ready to make a purchase.

Mike,

I agree with Big Buy that there were not enough buying power for AZX, except panic selling. The chart had a double top and it broke through the support today. It should bounce back if the PE is not too high comparing to the industry. But, I would not buy it at this price because the PE is still too high, imho. I will wait for it to settle. I expect it to reach a selling frenzy by year end if the price do not recover by then. Good luck and take care.
