I live about 30 miles inland, and the house is on what used to be orange groves, so I'm not sure about the content of rock and sand. But it is the highest elevation in the county, so I imagine something pretty solid has been holding it up all these years. I'm sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. Things are kind of hectic.
