I hear ya bcjt! The political pieces are coming together.... Conoco going to Iraq to look at "opportunities". Conoco doesn't go unless they are comfortable with the political climate. And they aren't going to waste their time unless they know that changes are coming. Iraq meeting with OPEC members ahead of upcoming meetings in Algeria.
