Ed,
Hi!!
I had learned some of this from the cocktail party and technology displays at Chelsea Pier this past June...I had the opportunity to speak with many of DELL's corporate customer heads...One of the very pleasing pieces of information I was able to derive from them was that DELL's premier pages and B2B methods was saving them so much money they couldn't afford not to do business with anyone but DELL...Today's announcement is huge...Investors should be able to further understand why DELL is conquering the world...They have 15years of experience in dealing directly with customers and have the ability to bring the other companies inside DELl; thus showing them the advantages they have been able to use and leverage...no one else has this ability...DELL owns the customer...The simple example of the "paperless" trail is one where DELL can prove to companies how stupid it is to spend employee time doing trivial things such as ordering a $34 item and finding out that by the time triplicate forms are filled out and read by umpteen people that part cost $251...From what I gather...DELL has a great deal more to offer from the 15years of keeping track of how they became as efficient as they are...It's for sale! And, these managers who pull the trigger on millions of technology yearly aren't about to throw away millions that DELL can save them year after year...
Some "genius" will tell us some time down the road that DELL is gaining enterprise accounts for any number of reasons...Not just because of the continuing bleeding in Houston...but, because more and more corporations have learned a great deal recently...what I learned in June is DELL's reputation is spreading rapidly....And, DELL is the only company to deal with...

BUY DELL

Best, Kemble
