QCOM royalties.

As you know, this has been debated at length on the 'old' QCOM thread.
Each license is negotiated on a per user basis, and the resultant
royalty fee is kept very secret. The spread in royalty payments is greater than 5..7%. It's rumored that MOT pay as little as 2.5% and
some Korean concerns as much as 10%.
