Levy reporting from ground zero....the line in front of home depot was around the block but there was this builders square that was going out of business that people forgot and I got plywood there....brided some guys to help me board up north side and most lower windows.....gas lines pretty long...mandatory evacuation ordered at 4 pm......before leaving our home I told my kids to take what ever was most important...my six year old told a bunch of swords, my 4 yo took her teddy bear my 10 year old took her Mia Hamm signed soccerball and my 8 yo took his pokemon cards...My wife and I took family albums.....we then locked up and took one last look ...wierd knowing that I might never see this house again...off to Orlando

Agree, Blue, it looks bad....

Levy, have they made you evacuate yet? I'm glad Robyn had to go to SFO for a couple of weeks. Guess there is nothing that she could have done if she had stayed there, except leave. It sounds like a bad one. Don't worry about your windows, just get out before the highways become parking lots.
