So I guess the question is, who is going to put on their Janitor's costume, crawl over some ceiling tiles, and put a CCD camera and audio hookup in an air vent with an encrypted transponder linked to a secret website so the rest of us can benefit from the presentation as well?

I would like to believe that QCOM mgmt. is putting the finishing touches on some licensing agreements with NOK, ERICY, SIEMENS, ALA, PHG, and all the other Euro telecom co's that lack CDMA licenses.

Has anyone heard anything about a long-term chip deal with Samsung? I remember that this was mentioned by an analyst (Lehman?) over the summer as a possability. They viewed September as the timeframe for the announcement.

Oh yeah....Nokia and Ericy have CDMA licesenses. Nokia has a handset one (no infrastructure) and I assume that Ericy has both.
