I'm with you. I think we need a lawyer AND an accountant. I tried to cipher it, and all I got was a head ache. It seems to me like they were trying to say that some of their acquisitions were filed under the wrong date,[1998] and had to be corrected to update their expenses and purchase price to 1999. Maybe I'm way off base, what is your take on it?
