Wayne,

Your tuna is fine. I was merely pointing out there is a difference between dilution and being diluted, which are two different fish. It is a lot of shares, if that's how many come out, but on the other hand it is a lot of money that can be put to good use.

<<Finanicing though the sale of shares is dilution pure and simple.>>

No doubt about that, you are right Wayne... but

<<Now if this money is used to enhance share price then fine. We all win...the guys who did the finanicing and us regular share holders.>>

Exactly, right again. We must view MAN's decision from a business point of view.

Can they gamble, delay financing and hope for higher prices ?

Or should they secure financing now, make sure that they have the financial resources to complete feasibility and hope that a new disovery (they will now have all the money needed to at least put in a few holes in all the anomalies on their properties) will nullify the dilution effect of the financing.

IMO a company with a property like TG and two deposits already discovered and full of cash to continue work has better chance of adding value than a company that is running out of cash and may end up being force to finance in an uncertain market.

There is a positive and a negative aspect in a financing. But given the size and exploration potential of TG and Lancones, I vote to secure financing even if this diminish somewhat the leverage.
