It seems that you are double counting, or (more likely) I'm not following your reasoning. I agree with backing out 1.6 (we can argue the grant date or issue date value, I think it's not the major factor here. I also agree with adding back the .6B. I don't follow your second deduction of 1.6B.

Here they provide a pro-forma stating the exact method that we are describing (using grant date rather than vest date, I assume). It impacts the bottom line by 19%.
