The longer you held COMS the more PALM shares you get. Those who bailed in the dark days get no PALM shares, only more COMS. Hahahaha.

As I understand it, it is going to be in two stages. About 20% will be sold at the IPO, with the rest distributed to COMS shareholders during the following six to nine months.
