Well, the newest squirm that AOW, i.e., Mr. Jarvis is doing is contained in their special resolutions issued today. 1 for ten reverse split, couple of million more shares dilution, changing the name to Gemini " The terms of the above two financings provide that the Company will receive up to $ 2,600,00 upon closing of the placement." Yada yada yada........ "General working capital and contingent legal fees". What the hell do these clowns think, that the turnip truck just passed through town and dropped off a load of village idiots????? I really can't believe it.
