I think what TLC means is that infinitesimally small events are not necessarily random.

After all,

1. The universe was created, along with matter.
2. Life began.
3. Living things separated into two distinct sexes.

Sounds like cosmic Will to me. We have real choices. You Americans are free to elect Jesse Ventura as your next President. Do it.
