Paul, on the other hand, if they have not already begun to convert, in the face of a rising conversion price, it seems to be a pretty clear signal they expect an even better price than the one they could have had.

So, if CC does or does not convert, what is the first tangible (formal) evidence we would have on that?

Is CC in a position where they would have to file on the shares?

Is the event or non-event material enough to require Valence to declare it?
