Gimbel Vision engages advisory firm Gimbel Vision International Inc GBV Shares issued 23,451,105 Sep 14 close $1.41 Wed 15 Sept 99 News Release Mr. Glenn Gimbel reports Gimbel Vision has retained Carin Financial, an independent financial and strategic advisory firm with offices in Dallas, Tex., and Calgary, Alta., to assist the company in developing and implementing its strategy to expand North American-based operations. As previously stated, the company intends to actively examine alternatives to increase the number of centres it owns by partnering with exceptional practitioners, business combinations or other strategic alternatives.
