you heard right. I believe the list goes:

1. EGRP
2. SCH
3. TWE
4. NDB

I am not a fan of Waterhouse, but I am an investor in the other 3. I missed the oil sector when it was out of favor, I don't care to make the same mistake twice. Especially due to the fact that OLB's will bounce back a lot stronger than the oil sector.

it was Gomez Advisors, a very interesting article on why E*Trade is Number 1, i saw it in ThePulse, but couldn't find it in the Gomez website (www.gomez.com).
if someone finds it, please post it here.
