Anyway Jim, it was a very good guess! LOL! Now, what can it be...?? I'll try this :

1) The Co-op agreed to convert their 18% royalty into GE shares;

2) Financing in place for $$$$ ?? millions....;

3) SEC now off TT's back.

One of the three above, or more are in place. Am I right Eric ?
