Appreciate the advice, Tech2k. I suppose what I learned from today is: I still like selling puts, as one can always reposition and that feels better/safer to me than call options where one might lose the investment...I see more than ever, for my personality, the value of mainly doing leaps puts, and a small portion of short-term; but one has to be able to watch the market closely...and as I've been told, always have the capacity to have that stock put to you at the strike price (minus premium)...today felt like an extremely fast game of chess
