While i do nto know the person who wrote it, I do know that H&Q has been critical of QCOM at every opportunity I have seen recently. Two, the information presented corresponds to what I was told by my broker. I am nevertheless cautious and agree that from our perspective this whole thing could have been handled better. However, Q's management has well rewarded me for my loyalty over these last few years and I will give them the benefit of the doubt until proven wrong. (As compared to 3COM's management, which truly screwed its investors while selling out at high prices.)
