While I try to get up to speed on Goro, anybody else think Thompson strike to be a big deal. Are the laterites short/sold forward. Market doesn't seem to think that 25% of INCO pdt being shut down (50kt/pa ?) is a big deal. What happens 3 weeks from now when market realizes the mines will be shut down for months and that Glencore, for instance, has to buy back metal at $8200. Laterites may be best thing since sliced bread, but it might be 8$ a lb bread.
