Hey Pat, Talked to David not long ago. Wasn't impressed with our conversation. He has nixed the plan for the bond offering due to high interest rates (and thus, no street coverage for the stock). Said he does not believe in buying back stock. Only good news out of the conversation is that a new PR firm was hired (Continental Capital). Although they will likely help the stock long term, I took the opportunity presented by this recent news to unload 60% of my position. I think the company is doing well and has a bright future. They are not very adept at promoting their company and creating shareholder returns and I will likely bail out of my remaining position soon with the hopes of buying back at 5 when the market tanks in the next month or two. It's a great company but the street is absolutely insane right now. I'm net short the market and will likely remain so for the rest of the year. best... LIG
