I attended a investors luncheon a couple of weeks ago. QDEL was one of the companies that made a presentation. Nothing new but it was nice to see they are actively trying to get new investors and brokers into the stock. I talked to someone at the company last week and they said the presentation is a on going effort to promote the company and hopefully to get the stock price up. They have set a goal of a certain dollar level, but would not say what it was. I suspect once they get the influenza FDA approval we with see a substantial price increase. With the flu season right around the corner we might get the CLIA waiver very quickly also. I was also told that that QDEL is actively shopping for new product acquisition. All good news. Ken
