Huh?

>>>BTW, I do not want to see you or anyone lose money. That's why I am giving you warnings.<<<

Oh, thank you, thank you!!!!!

>>>I am not sure how low this thing could go. But, most likely, it will go lower. Of course, I could be wrong even with my honest opinion.<<<

Ah, you are getting good. I think the spin department at the White House has a position for you.

gc, I sincerely appreciate your concern, and that is not sarcasm. Looking at Q's graph, it appears to be at an unrealistic level from where it was at the beginning of the year. You are not alone in that observation; there are highly paid professional analysts who have come to the same conclusion and made the point that it is over bought, over extended, and risky. However, I choose to keep my hard earned investment capital in Q and accept this risk for a number of reasons:

Since I began purchasing Q in April, I have a very large profit to buffer me against the short term swings.

I think comparisons to Q's stock price early this year are invalid; they are a much different company now that they have shed the infrastructure business and won the legal battle with Ericsson, and their pro forma income supports that contention.

Q's patent position on cdma seems to be unassailable.

The adoption rate of cdma has reached Tornado proportions.

This means there will be an ever growing licensing revenue stream coming to Q.

Q has a fabless IC business that is generating excellent margins and is technically advanced over the competition.

It is for these reasons, which I re-examine in light of news every day, that I continue to stay fully invested in Q. I hope you will see that my position is well thought out. I will continue to stay alert for any news that indicates Q's fundamentals are deteriorating, as that would influence my decision.

Best of luck in your investing,
Frank
