Thanks Margin Man! Since it traded about 400K in the last 30 minutes I thought something might be up (or down) with it. Just couldn't figure out which direction it was heading. I think I just read too much into it.

Nice surprise for PAIR today. CELL is recovering also. Hope they keep it up!

Thanks again and good luck,
At.

Ptel/Intel extend marketing agreement
by: robust1_99 2006 of 2006
Apparently Intel still has confidence that PCTL will weather the storm of their current financial difficulties - by evidence of the following press release.

I rec'd this as a registered user of ProShare desktop systems. Intel and Ptel had been sharing revenues of this product for the previous six months with the lion's share going to Intel. With a fairly wide installed base, and steady growth - this is a cash-cow 'gift' that could contribute to Ptel's bottom-line.

PICTURETEL AND INTEL EXTEND MARKETING AGREEMENT TO INCLUDE THE
INTEL(R) PROSHARE(R) VIDEO SYSTEM 500
Effective September 27, 1999, PictureTel Corporation will have
exclusive worldwide distribution rights to sell and support the
Intel(r) ProShare(r) Video System 500. This extends the current
agreement, announced on January 19, 1999, in which PictureTel
gained exclusive worldwide distribution rights to sell and support
the Intel(r) TeamStation(tm) System. Intel and PictureTel also
agreed in January to develop a common PC-based platform for a next
generation of business-quality video conferencing systems.

Under the agreement extension, resellers and customers will
continue to buy the Intel ProShare Video System 500 through normal
distribution channels. The distribution channels simply source
the product from PictureTel (PictureTel SKU: PS500) rather than
Intel. The Intel ProShare Video System 500 will remain the same
in terms of functionality and will continue to be manufactured by
Intel.

For more detailed information please contact PictureTel at
(978) 292-5000 or visit their Web site at:

picturetel.com

This marketing agreement will make it is easier and more cost
effective for customers and channel members to source a complete
video conferencing solution from PictureTel, the industry leader
in visual collaboration.
