TO ALL "INSIDERS" AND " OUTSIDERS TRYING TO LOOK IN"

Well folks, you know I can't stay away from this forum for to long ..... and you know how I always play "Devil's Advocate" .... so here goes:

Q1) What kind of company would sign a <<Performance>> Distribution Agreement without some kind of guaranteed <<Production Availability Schedule>> ?

Q2) How can PYNG negotiate additional Distribution Agreements [ especially performance based ones ] WITHOUT having a darn good idea of the FAST-1 min/max production capacity they can achieve over the next 12 / 24 months?

Q3) If PYNG does have a better handle on their production capacity over the next 12 / 24 months [ and I believe this is very highly likely ] then why in heavens name can't they tell us in a PR or forum message?

At this stage I would NOT accept the argument that:

"Pyng is afraid of providing bogus production capacity estimates out of fear of repeating PYNG's negative situation spawned by past << overly optimistic >> sales projections".

Of course there can be other reasons for withholding such estimates .... maybe some of those reasons are even valid from a "private shareholder's" perspective. However, I am having trouble determining what they might be.

LOR

P.S.- This is an OPEN forum. I have learned much from it and have gained a personal appreciation of many of it's members some of whom I firmly intend to meet hopefully in the not to distant future. I for one have tried to contribute when I can to the PYNG knowledge base available to us all. We all have our own styles and sometimes we do allow our frustrations to get the better of us [ AND that applies to PYNG's CEO as well as myself and a number of other posters ]. While I may not agree with what certain posters have to say [ like Hotshot's most recent post ] it will be a frosty day in hell before I endorse the idea of running anyone PRO PYNG or CON PYNG off the forum or of ignoring them. I also agree that if you are challenged after making supposed errors in a post that you should either acknowledge that you goofed .... or come back with a counter argument ..... SO, in this case I am most interested in HOTSHOT's next post!

Bon soir ....tout le monde [ especially ED ]
