Mark, one very simple reason why CC would convert: risk/reward. If they're short, they have a maximum upside of $5.875/share. If they're long, in theory they have an unlimited upside. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to realize that's not a real good bet.

On another topic, I asked you last week to name some companies that had actual li-poly products out in the marketplace that would limit VLNC's potential. Did you ever get back to me?
