Tom,

I opened an account at a new bank before starting with Bill pay on Yahoo. I did it because both the banks I have been using in Oklahoma still don't give access to your account over the internet. Paying bills online and not knowing how much money is in my account would drive me crazy.

While I lived in Houston my credit union let you pay bills online through Moneyline Express. That cost me $7.50 a month -- but it was worth every penny.

My new bank lets you pay bills online through Princeton Telecom. Their service is free. I signed up with Checkfree to compare the services.

I'll post results of this experiment when I have something to report.

Bruce

Thread contest:

Let's see who can convert the most people to signing up for epayments in the next month; be it through their banks, yahoo, or at the ole tried and true CheckFree site.

Think about it. it's better than making a plea to call in your certificates so the evil shorts don't repress our stock price. hahahahahaaahhhahahahahaa.

And just for the record, I think Yahoo! meeds those blinking chriastmas lights wraping around their "pay your bills on Yahoo!" drab boring, maybe if you are crossed eyed you'll catch it" thingy we got going right now.

I know, all good things in all good time

I send a case of beer to everyone who signs up 6 or more in the following two months. Too bad that couldn't be sent through the printer! Beer and Pizza coming through the tube, now that's a killer app!!!!!!!!
