Barbara Bullard is posting that the chip part of Incyte, Synteni, only amounts to 7% of the company. INCY was already around 40 a share before they acquired Synteni, so the reaction to this looks to be typically brainless. I hope we see some licensing agreements before these two companies continue to squander assets in court fees.

The negativity on INCY would have a hard time getting thicker, unless someone nukes the plant. There should be plenty of time to watch for a good entry point, wait until it builds a base and begins to trend up. In the meantime, we'll enjoy the AFFX ride....
