Often in a buyout, the management clears out. Makes it easier for the buyer to put in it's own management, without any hard feelings. Maybe that spammer with his own newsletter and a havad mba will contribute some b-school wisdom on why Zeev might be clearing out. My ignorant opinion is it is to clear the decks for a new management team. His payoff will be in the "shareholder value" of his stocks and options. I feel like I've survived a war with him- that $6 stuff was frightful. Web
