Francoise, you keep running that, and i'll keep adding to this, with all the ugly truth that you gloss over. Could you give us your best guess as to how many times they lied to you about the 10SB? 50, 100, 200? Just to the nearest 50 would be nice. Don't worry, these clods don't for see the trial happening before next summer(long after they've bailed on the company), so you'll have plenty of time to tally it up, but you will be asked. Bank on it. Mr. Burns (of course you leaving your offshore enclave and venturing into the land of the SEC and IRS is not something I would bank a single red cent on)

Francois has not changed this part of his hyping posts for weeks!! Why not tell us again Francois about the over $200,000 Amber Securities owes ZSUN. I do not see that in your post!! 7) Today's Comments: ZSUN pierced through the $12.00 resistance level once before and it can do it again, this time more convincingly, since none of its fundamentals have changed. On the contrary, its new OIA Seminars in Australia and New Zealand are sold out and it's about to spin off a portion of Asia4sale for some $20 Millions. As a result, it's quite possible that my predicted EPS of 32 cents for 1999 will prove to be closer to 50 cents, bearing in mind I am a biased and still optimistic Long... I have communicated with the IR Firm recently about the filing of the 800 pages+ 10SB. It confirmed that it should become public early this week, after being delayed for a while.... Regards, F.
