Thanks for your comments, DaYooper. As a veteran of the Internutz Wars you are an authority on volatility, and your perceptions are valued. Many of us gravitated to a Silverback Strategy to escape the turmoil of "mortal" tech stocks, but wound up in Q, an emerging Gorilla. It's been a marvellous find, but stomach wrenching at times like this. If our grips don't weaken, I think we will look back at this test of conviction fondly a few months from now.

I'll look forward to less lurking and more posts by you, Rory.

All the best,
uf

Rory,

As difficult as it may be, you need to ignore the short term movements.

I don't know where you've been hiding, but I sure do wish you'd be more vocal. You're da yooper!!! :)

<<ignore the short term movements>>

That's easy for me.

However, much to my chagrin (I always wanted to write that), I cannot ignore Lindy's moves. His track record is awesome. (I'll never forget watching his call to walk away from Hasso Plattner in early Aug. '98)

I was truly scared when he sold Q.
