Here is a good link for tracking the movements of Floyd. hurricane.terrapin.com

I am not convinced we saw sufficient turning to keep it from a direct hit on Florida's Gold Coast. But I am not a meteorologist. Time will tell. The eye of a hurricane wabbles as it spins, making it very difficult to know whether the measured movement is a wabble or a turn. As reports come in throughout the morning, we are still praying for a turn away from the highly populated South Florida.

In addition to the warnings I gave those in Florida, those living near the coastline from Jacksonville to Virginia Beach should be referring to the above linked storm tracker on a regular basis throughout the day. . .and heed all broadcast warnings.
