CS upgraded after the S.G. Cowen conference yesterday- 12 month price target 25-30 per share. Shouldn't it be the 12 day price target 30-35??

On CNBC Maria just talked about the SG Cowen upgrade -price target of 25-30!!! CS apparently said some good stuff at the a technology conference yesterday. I wish we had a strongewr market to kick off this news but still we should see a nice move.
