Micny, Your thoughts about billers promoting EBPP sparked a thought about users promoting EBPP. After the 3 month free trial period, I think it would be good for Checkfree to waive a month's service charge for every person that a user gets to sign up with them. I can't remember how many people I got to sign up with my Internet Service Provider in order to save a month's fees. Like EBPP, most of them just needed someone to walk them through the process of getting on line a time or two until they had enough confidence to do it on their own. Bruce
