Franq,
Just to eat public crow: I bought back QCOM today-- but, only the amount I had in my IRA account. I feel some relief not carrying the margin in my other account.

Not sure my earlier post is worthy of any archive. However, even though I am not an eternal optimist, I do like the focus that the manual provides in the 'game' that we are playing. I also have a tendency to pull a post or comment out like that because it speaks to my LTB&H strategy.

DELL, MSFT, INTC, ORCL, QCOM were Nasdaq's most actives today.

Does anybody here recognize those stocks?

Oracle just in with the earnings - .16 cents which met consensus estimates. Might be a nice set up for entry point after the 'panic selling' sets in if any gamers believe the transformation to e-business at Oracle taking place has truth or legs to it.

Great post, Bruce.

Ditto!

The only thing I would add is that when comparing those numbers on the flaps of the books, remember that a short span of only one year separates the printing of the two editions.
