Nothing much else to say. I remember writing on this thread a year and a half ago that I thought there was only a 5% chance or less that this was a scam. A little money on that side of the game would have gotten me the 20 to 1 payoff that I so stupidly hoped to find in JAWS.
Regards to my fellow losers and the shorts and bashers who called this thing right all along.

Zeus,

Sorry to be so long responding, but I have been off on a well deserved, very fun filled week hunting geese in Alberta.

Yes, they do need to retrieve assets as fast as possible and of course, the other parties are trying to thwart their efforts and have probably removed much of the paper trail.
I only hope they do not get involved in the common trap of checking legalities and such as every step of the way. I have been in their position in the past...you do what you have to and deal with the possible minor legal repercussions later, but get the assets now.

I am sure Billy is faced with many tough decisions, but with the quality people he has assisting him I think it is just a matter of time in getting most all back. He will never get it all probably, but a major portion is quite possible I believe.

As for the choppy water, I think that is mostly going to be in the form of investor confidence. Billy does have an operational business, excellent management and suppliers... now it is just a matter of getting it back to business as usual, in a profitable manner. Yes, a soap opera it is... for sure! But I averaged down at 30 cents.
