Mike,
re >Scientific theory does not reconcile with a presence of God<

Until you come up with an experiment to test whether or not God exists Science will have no position on that question. Scientists, however, hold every position on the spectrum. No scientist will claim scientific proof either way.

re > Without math, we would not be able to explain physics.<

No matter what we use to explain it, it is still ALL physics.

the potential of a divine being must be taken into account
A good scientist will take everything he can into account. There is no reason to keep reconsidering something over and over and over again once it has been analysed.
