Basically no trades on MIGR/ARTM for 15minutes, volume drop-off told me to reluctantly bail on both before price drop. (no tears on my profits, just a frown at not making it hand over fist on these picks. :-(

I'm trading hard and fast this week, very few longs, hence the bail.
-MIGR has money problems, but could be a HUGE score.
-ARTM should rise above 1 1/4 this week.

I may buy back into both, we'll see.
-Mark

Stock Watcher. You are wise. The $3,000,000 in equity Financing SFLK received must be convertibles. Commonly known as last resort or death spiral financing. The only had $700,000 in revenues and lost .14 cents yet had the nerve to out out a press release boasting of 3400% sales increase. SFLK is a scummy company. I keep telling Francois to call SFLK ir rep which has told him everything about the company but he refuses to do good DD. Also is a documented post of Francois's lies about ZSUn filing their 10SB. Its been going on for months.

Why dont you call Gerard SFLK's IR person and confirm the details of the $3,000,000 equity financing. Why would he lie!!

A man you can trust to tell you the truth about SFLK!!!! Get back to me soon, will ya?

Here is the back ground of the companies doing the $3,000,000 equity financing;

Proof? Why Francois, do you think I just make up these things? Here is your proof. Principally convertible and statistical arbitrage right from Deephavens web page. SFLK common shareholders are in Deep She-it!! Maybe you can put this in your Information for New Investors TOUT post. Just remember what I said. Slowly and slowly and slowly shorting SFLK stock. Commonly know as the $3,000,000 equity financing death spiral. Statistical Arbitrage is a nice word meaning they are going to short the she-it out of it.

On the basis of the 10SB, ZSUN becomes a fully reporting

Company. Since I believe it meets or exceeds all the requirements to apply for listing on AMEX or NASDAQ, a formal Application will follow and within about 3 months, the stock should start trading on one of these Exchanges.

Do not hesitate to ask, if you have other questions, as we, the longs are posting on this thread for the very purpose of informing people like yourself...

Had a word with IR on the restricted shares and 10SB...

I was told the following:

1) The Management, Lawyers and Accountant are finished with the 10SB and they have assured it'll come out early next week...

2) There was no restricted stock issued 15th September, even though 20,000 would be a paltry amount...

3) Who owns the shares given out for the purchase of the two Momentum Companies? More than likely people currently involved in their management and having no interest in seeing the shares dumped onto the Market. The 10SB will provide more ample details on this issue, so I won't further speculate...

4) In any case, the Rules of the game when shares become unrestricted are clearly established and one can only sell small portions of one's holding at a time, according to a Formula tied to the daily Volume, so as not to drive the price down...

Then a little hype......

I called IR to check on the 10SB: it's still scheduled for

this week and the Press Release is already drafted. There is no change in fundamentals explaining this sudden drop: in fact the news this morning are very positive for ZSUN... What is likely to happen is an IPO of part of Asia4sale that would bring good press coverage for ZSUN and probably raise my projected EPS from 32 cents to over 50 cents...

The drop is, IMO temporary, caused by a combination of factors, such as the general Market trend, end of month squaring, MM's shaking to cover cheaply before the 10SB. A large seller started the whole process and it could be a good buying opportunity for those who want to buy low, not sell at the Low...

10SB UPDATE received in an e-mail from ZSUN's....

Management in reply to my request for a Status Report....

We have just received this morning the final draft from the lawyers in San Diego and will be reviewing it over the weekend, as will the other board members. Once we have all submitted our comments, the lawyers will be in a position to file, hopefully some time next week or early the following week, depending on the number of comments made and changes required.

We are concerned that any pressure to get it filled quickly rather than properly could have a serious negative effect. We'd rather take a little extra time and get it right. However, you have our assurance that the filing is very close.

Dpoynter, I am re-posting the Post about the 10SB...

and actually, if they file tomorrow, it'd be great, as I could spend the whole weekend perusing the 800+ pages and prepare posts in reply to the predictable SSB's dumb questions and misunderstandings...

Here are some of the solutions to the Short Position:

1) Call for physical delivery of all the Certificates...

2) Change the name of the Corporation or re-incorporate in a different State... A new Cusip number would be issued and old shares would have to be exchanged for new ones, forcing to cover and exposing the "naked shorts"...

3) Issue a Dividend in the form of shares in a spin off in proportion to the number of shares held in ZSUN. This would soon reveal the illegal shorts devoid of any underlying Certificates, as the demand for the dividend would far exceed the number of legally issued shares... It would also tend to support the current price of the shares...

ZSUN, the ball is in your camp and I would advise all longs to e-mail the Company and request something be done along those lines, now that the burden of completing the 10SB no longer exist...

Then there is this gem.. This one is in a class all it's own

#*#*#*SEEKING AN INJUNCTION TO SHUT DOWN RB*#*#*#

OPEN E-MAIL TO MATT AND RUSTY ON THEIR INABILITY AND UNWILLINGNESS TO ENFORCE THE TERMS of SERVICE

Matt and Rusty,

As you are well aware, I have complained numerous times about RB being unable and apparently unwilling to effectively police its Boards against violation of Privacy and impersonation. I have asked several times to provide a 24 hours Hot-line to remove offensive posts, to no avail.

Many times my TOS violation reports are ignored and it takes as many as 2 days to get any corrective action, after I have left phone messages and filed reports. Last night I have complained about posts #6608, #6609 and #6599 on ZSUN, #5497 on XNET and #4699 on DCHT and you still have done nothing about it.

These posts compromise the security and safety of my family by disclosing Private Information. It also encourages nuisance phone calls. Previous posts have been impersonating my name have been designed to provoke other parties. Yet you have made no permanent effort to stop the problem once and for all. You should, for example have reported it to the police and traced the culprits ISP details, but nothing has happened...

As a result, your inaction now forces me to take some measures to counter this situation. Please, supply me by return e-mail the particulars of your Lawyers and the full address of your Company, as I intend to seek an Injunction to shut your site down until you come up with an adequate solution to protect the privacy of posters on your Board and enforce your TOS.

Thanks for your prompt attention to this matter.

Regards,
F. Goelo
