Lew,

I'm not so sure that the stupidity is on the part of these clowns.

Maybe it was more on the part of us dodos who purchased stock in a company with Mark Jarvis and John Hislop as directors.

Yes, we're not so stupid as to fail to see thru their scams now, but that doesn't help us much. The only way for me to get out now would be to take a big loss. Of course, maybe it would be better to take a loss than to take a bigger loss. Hard to know what to do when you're trapped in a lousy situation with characters who seem to me to be slimy calling the shots.

I'm just glad that I put more of my money into Colt (now Key West) whose key directors are "value investors" with a successful track record rather than pump and dump artistes.

Lew,

Is Panonian a publicly traded co.? Or are ANY of the "Partners" publicly traded?

Is there any way to hedge our bets by buying into Laird's allies, or are we relegated to sitting on our hands at the sidelines while the highly paid lawyers play their games at shareholder expense?

Thanx again for all the info you share with us.
