Ron -- I don't have the 10-K handy, but I'm almost positive I remember reading about a CF already having in place a standby line of credit for maybe $50 million or so that was not being utilized.

Ron,
I don't think the company ever officially killed the secondary, just kind of delayed due to market conditions. My company had the exact same situation a couple years ago, we were in the process of a secondary and the stock was hit hard. We delayed and the secondary took place about 6 months later.

I have a great deal of respect for Pete Kight after the way in which he handled the secondary the first time around, the shares were priced and the new investors could have taken a big loss right off the bat. I beleive that this management will do what is best for the shareholders and the long term interests of the company, even if that means some more shares being sold.
