Yup, that's what I was thinking. HSS has trading history overhang, VIP is doing the turnaround (operating company) and people may not automatically associate that with HSS (sub/parent relationships not always immediately recognized). I thought the PR on a potential takeover bid was hokey, especially since the trading hadn't changed much, so I'm ignoring it unless the trading changes or facts come out. Only saw the PR on Stockwatch - wasn't on Carlson. I am very curious to see their next two sets of numbers. Regards, t.
