you got it....some may disagree with me but a stock can and will be held down on purpose....they can't let the stock run to 25 if there is a deal on the table for the low 30's.....

just my opinion of course

Many stocks are down the day of or day after an upgrade lately.

Look at USWB today.

Usually what happens more often than not is the shake and then the stock proceeds to climb some the following days after depending on market conditions.

Buy on the news.........type o' thing.
