TO RECAP -

In the past three years, Skates has sucked out $50 million dollars of shareholder equity, while DGN has lost $68 million (or $115 million over 4 years).

Does anyone else find this to be an outrage?

BEST PART>>> A spokesman said Mr. Skates wouldn't be available for comment. But he said the bonus and severance package was needed to keep a talented top executive from being distracted by other offers. The spokesman said it hadn't been determined whether Mr. Skates would take a job at EMC, Hopkinton, Mass. If he does, the spokesman said, he won't get the severance package.

For those of us scoring at home, first please define "talented", then submit the reasons why he would take a job at EMC and lose his $50 million parachute. EMC is paying 50 million for him to just go away.
