Well the posts are not in the right order, I hope this is okey with you AGORA, the answer to Geoff from Agora will follow. It should have preceded the last post, but I am sure it can be easily figured out. (Geoff,Glad to help out.)

Geoff, you raise very valid points in discussing the future of SYD. There is no way of knowing which option will play out, or
whether they will play out at all. As such, there is no reason to debate the issue. However, your comment that either option is a
Win-Win-Win is on the money.

Having said that, we would only like to make one small but important correction. Specifically, you alluded to the possibility that
AGORA may be privy to information not available to most (as a result of our prior contractual relationship with SYD and
personal relationship with Jim Speros).

We can not stress enough that we are NOT privy to any information not generally available to all shareholders and our
conclusions are strictly our own based on what is publicly available.

We believe our basic conclusion is accurate - that SYD personnel, financing, partners and customers are too big for the VSE.
We are glad you agree with this point. We just don't want shareholders to believe that such a conclusion may have come from
"the top".

Thanks, Geoff. Let's keep a watch on this issue and re-visit it periodically.

Regards,
AGORA
