PointCast is still in business. Just saw a banner for them yesterday, as a matter of fact. Forget where though...

Please tell me banner ads won't be a part of the wireless world! <GGG> I hate 'em.

proximity ads, bank machines are leading the way right now, imho
with wireless it may be combination of GPS/proximity so you don't get folks burning a tank of gas by driving all over town, lol
