<<OT>>

Whew, this is one helluva storm ( FLOYD ). Winds are right at Cat 5 level....I believe we've only had 2 Cat 5's hit the US since we started keeping records.

We can only hope that this baby miraculously stays off shore til it loses some steam, but as I type, she is comin in strong and hard and looks like it means business.

Anyway...taking a quick break from getting ready...bottling water and etc...thought I'd check in and see what the market was doing. Looks like AOL is simply in the doldrums right now. I had a meeting this morning. An associate told me he had picked up some DELL at $38 on my advice. I asked about AOL and he said he was concerned because they had a lot of competition. He really is not very knowledgable, but nonetheless, this seems to be a fear resonating out there. I think when AOL comes out with numbers, they will quell alot of those fears...and a broadband strategy...or more defined one...will really jump start it. In any event, once people realize aol is the cream of the crop and will stay that way...people will rush back in as quick as they can.

Bottom line is when I look at the internet, and ask myself where I want my money, AOL is still the clear correct answer...without a doubt.

Good Luck to all...good luck to all of us in the path of this fierce monster coming our way.

Sorry for the late response to your statement to me. Things still look nip and tuck to me right now. I was disappointed to see AOL dip under 89 but it did recover nicely. I am assuming good number in the morning and a good possibility for a relief rally.

Ill look deeper in a little while and will send you my findings good or bad.
