The SEC and the NASD are both very interested in illegal shorting and market manipulation. Although neither will comment on pending investigations, I am aware that as a result of complaints having been filed some time ago, and recently, there are now “open” files being pursued in connection with various aspects involving the trading and non-delivery of shares of CCSI. Anyone who has evidence or wishes to file a complaint, may access the SEC complaint form at www.sec.gov/enforce/comctr.htm. NASDAQ can be accessed at www.nasd.com at the ombudsman site, however, you should also file an appropriate complaint with the NASD regulation district office in your area for investigation and possible disciplinary action against members involved. This post is for your information should you believe a complaint is warranted.
